I really dont know what to say. Its a great poem with excellent story. Made me want to cry because ive been there way too many times. Good job and keep it up. Love it :)

Relatable and timeless; secrets and information have always been valuable, and unfortunately people change... someone who was trustworthy yesterday will not be today. That really does have a negative impact on how we interact with others. When we finally do find that person to trust, and that sentiment is taken advantage of, it stings. This poem adequately described that, well done.
