An Unfinished Curiosity

by Brise   Oct 21, 2017

I feel this pressure unfolding
with a bitter taste of dissatisfaction.
Head and heart scolding
Yet burning from his attraction

Shh...it is forbidden
To have longings like these
Still my heat is unbidden
His allure, only a tease

It is not love I feel
But a pressure within
A carnal craving only too real
An ardor staining my skin

My body prickles
From his long lasting gaze
Feverish, sweat trickles,
Eager for his appraise

I sigh, ring heavy upon my hand
For I am someone’s other
And my guilt could not withstand
My betrayal with another

So I stay content
For this ardor will be diminished
But in my torment
My curiosity will remain unfinished….

"Ring heavy upon my hand" ... great description of how it feels to crave that forbidden lust. Great title again too! :-)

    Love this

Desire is a bugger at times especially if it's forbidden.
