Trickle

by CJ Maleney   Oct 25, 2017

I am a little rivulet
I am not yet thought of as a stream
I bubble over stone and rocks
Down hills I pick up speed

My area increases now
As others join my flow
I will rest in ponds and lakes
But there is so much further still to go

I am now the mighty river
I no longer flow over land
I carve my path into it
I hydrate both beast and man

My journey is now over
I have become all that I can be
I started out as trickle

I AM NOW THE ROARING SEA

Loved this and the way the little droplet grows slowly as it journeys into the sea. Very clever and captivating piece. Milly x

I love this too, Craig. Life's a journey, along the way we grow into better versions of our selves...or we make something out of the very tiny bits of what we have. Being the sea now I guess you mean to say you are now an overcomer. :-)

Thank you Mel. This one isn't really about me.

It's about people, and how as a collective they become way stronger and more powerful than they ever would be as an individual.
