Water-colour of love

by Michael   Oct 26, 2017

Coruscating-
within irises an
image beholds.

A picture.

For she,
is a water-lily,
dancing upon a
hemp-twilled lake;
her cotton petals
flutter; dilating a
vision of colours,
as she pirouettes
a softness of
seductive tones.

tiny bubbles
of pollen float
bursting tastes of
her scent upon my lips.

Her voice whispers;
with a subtle breeze-
a silent melody,
so sensitive.

Snowflakes fall-
melting..

..moments of fresh
memories.

    Oh la la... Michael, first of all I really like that this is left aligned. This is so beautiful. The structure is captivating...as it controlled the pace by which this is read. I love how the words slowly unfold, as Kitty puts it, this is swoon-worthy. Genius, yes...or shall I say 'old' genius. Loved it! It's perfect actually. :-)
