In the mind of a poet,
all things are different,
and all things are the same.

What's one thing to a person,
is ten things to a poet,
What's dull and boring to a person,
is exciting and awesome.

What you see everyday
Inspires poets to make masterpieces.
What you take for granted,
A poet makes their whole world.

A poet sees the world as many new things.
Colors, lights, shapes, life.

I'm a poet.
And I'm proud to be one.
I get to see things in new ways,
I get to see things with a different view.
And this,
Is from the mind of a poet.
