I truly enjoyed reading. From what I gather it seems like reading glasses are in place. You can see far but not near. I also thought of thinking and dreaming long distance while everything nearby gives us a blurry vision. One interesting piece. Add to my favorite. All the best |

Thank you Dagmar. |
haha Craig :-) This is so simple, but brilliant and relateable to almost everyone I should think! I have to wear glasses to drive and I can no longer thread a needle either without borrowing someone's reading glasses! Blurry indeed :-) x |

Threading needle is like torture for me. |

Love this Craig, sometimes we can't see, hence loose the value of, what is right in front of us. Great write |

Love this, Craig. I am experiencing the same thing at the moment. My long sight is incredible, even if I do say so myself, but the pages of my books are becoming more and more obscure! One of life's cruel and ironic tricks, I dare say...another one. \nominated |

Oh Craig, coming from someone who has been wearing glasses for years and bifocals for probably 10 plus years now, ones diminishing sight sucks. It seems guys don't get that issue until around your present age. This aging thing, not so sure.. lol |

I have the opposite problem since I am near sighted...only things near are clear to me. An inborn eye condition, I wear glasses with same grade for both eyes. Sight problems can be a real stress. Apart from physical sight, this poem seemed to touch something deeper, especially the last stanza. Good write. |
