Seasonal Thoughts

by William Mae   Nov 8, 2017

The leaves vibrate in the breeze,
Their release is drawing near.
Soon the branch will let them fall,
And bring to end their year.

Vibrating feelings in a heart,
The souls light burns desire.
In dreams he molds against her,
And they kiss to quench the fire.

The heavy hand of winter,
Presses harder now each day.
All things slowly become dormant,
Nights are long and days are gray.

But for love there is no pausing,
Intense desire breeds quickened breath.
Kisses deepen pulses rises,
Release will not allow regret.

Bodies shake and moans deliver,
The ending both the souls had sought.
Dreams are wishes wanting moments,
Gives mind the picture love had bought.

William Mae this is beautiful. I love the nice flowing rhymes and the visuals that I pictured out as I read this. I wish I had a nomination left. This is really lovely.
