I would go back
To our first dance
When in my heart and eyes you really shined.
I'd show you how happy I was,
Show you how amazing your smile was,
How gorgeous your dress was,
Show you how beautiful you were,
and how horrible our first kiss was.
Maybe I'd tell you about my every wish,
Write a poem about how i dreamed of us lasting long,
Sing my desire for us to have our own special song.
Then I'd play it all night
Under the romantic moon light,
So we may dance for eternity,
And then cuddle holding each other tight
With soft kisses on your neck while I whisper about how this feels so right,
And how I wish we could lay here forever and never see the daylight.
We would always be together
And these moments would never pass
And forever our love would last
But this can't happen and our first dance isn't my memory,
More like its apart of me.
