Through the eyes of a grandchild

by Dagmar Wilson   Nov 17, 2017

She reminds me of once being a child
times were way different then,
she has a unique way of expressing herself.

My eyes catch her beauty
her pinks lips are still moving,
a sense of humor that is totally dry.

She has a dream
stretching her wings wide,
a journey I love to be part of it.

I can see through the eyes of my grandchild.

Dagmar, there is nothing like a grandchild. I thought I loved my kids deeply, and I did but these grandbabies... Oh My! Head over heels with these little darlings. Such a gift we've been given. Hugs-

    So warm and delightful
They say grandchildren are sweeter than the own children
