"She withdraws her heart from her sleeve"
Great line! You've expressed that disillusioned feeling brilliantly throughout. Love it :-)

Often, what seems real is just a dream.
A fantasy of an ideal life, where everything seems to perfect until the blades of reality poke and wake us to show this world is full of fake faces, and everyday we have to encounter them because we are living in it.

Somewhere in our life we all have been there in the dark, emotional catastrophe, that constant cycle of feelings filled with betrayal which remains the same.
Each time it happens it breaks our hopes into much smaller pieces, too hard for us to put back together. It sharps edges hurt our hands too.

We do try to suppress it. We depart to another place, silence, for privacy and there it spreads further causing more annoyance in our heart.

Instead, we should empty our heart from all the sufferings we have been through, and the only way is to when we share our pain with others.
I know it's hard to do, but it's the only way.
Sometimes, we find right people in the wrong places and when we find those people who understand us without even saying anything, it ignites a flame of hope in our heart once again.

Tone shows a continuous failure of dreams, hopes, and trust of a heart due to betrayal.
Like taking a heart on the top of the mountain where the view is so beautiful, and then push it from there right into the hell.

The content looks very strong because of its language throughout the poem.
Though it's a very sad poem yet I liked every bit of it, but just as a reader or an admirer of your work.

MP, the reason I found this poem among the others because I used to be a lost soul, but now I am free.
