Your hands would always shelter me, and
hold me close to you. Your eyes would
always check my blind-
side, at a way
of looking
through.

Your ears
would always
hear; my sounds of
troubled times. You guided me
to face my fears, and read between the lines.

Your voice would always soothe my
mood, when I was feeling weak.
Your empathy, so deep and
real; you helped
my wounds
to speak.

You always
found a gentle
way to open up my
life. Your love would always sit
beside me, through all my woes and strife

I always felt such warmth and care;
when I would sit with you.
You’ve helped my heart
to heal again, and
seek a new way
through.

    Awww. This is sweet and beautiful Michael. There is a certain gentleness to this piece that warms the heart. What joy to have a person like this in your life. A person who always see you thru and encourage you to go on.
