Work Of Art:

by Scott Cole   Dec 6, 2017

There's a picture on the wall
That's a masterpiece to behold,
To the eye of the beholder
It's worth it's weight in gold.

This picture that's on the wall
It's self worth is self-explanatory,
For everytime I stare at it
It's subject matter tells a story.

It's a one of a kind treasure
That I'm very proud to possess,
For this picture that's on the wall
Shows it's brushstrokes of success.

For this picture of which I speak
Is my mirror mirror on the wall,
And the work of progress I see in me
Is a work of art to my eyeballs.

Haha you fooled me to the end.
Great piece as usual. So much maturity in the language.
