Like a breeze of fresh air

by Dagmar Wilson   Dec 8, 2017

I have distanced myself from the circle
trained myself to be alone,
my tolerance has shrunk to almost zero.

My allergies include
ignorance, hypocrites and manipulation,
their smile can't break my shell.
I am trapped in a new body of
"keeping to myself".

Like a breeze of fresh air
that's what peace is to me,
I am a loner for good reason.

Although this is sad Dagmar, I love your list of 'allergies' and totally get it. Taking a step back is sometimes better than continuing the farce of false inclusion. Brilliant! :-) x
