You are home

by Beautiful Tragedy   Dec 23, 2017

I can’t even begin to tell you how utterly amazing you are;
Because describing you period is so hard to put into words.
You always tell me I have a way with words but honestly;
That’s just me attempting to tell you how I feel and sometimes even these poems don’t do much justice.
You are indescribable;
You hold me in place like the
stars hold the moon,
Like the solid ground keeps me
from falling and Like the air I breathe keeps me alive;
Yet you love me freely and never hold me back from anything I
Want to accomplish.
Your smile is beyond the best thing my eyes have ever seen;
And your laugh is the greatest thing my ears have ever heard.
You are funny and witty and
even though my heart races every time I see you;
I feel utterly calm and at peace when I’m with you.
You aren’t just my Utah husband or my starboy my love;
And you are much more than the man I unexpectedly fell in love with.
You are home to me,
And that’s the only way I know how to describe it.

    You describe it just fine, BT. And it's a lovely thing when we meet someone who has that effect on your life.

    All the best and a merry Christmas to you,

    Ben
