The hope in this is inspirational not least because of the sense the reader gets of a real discovery having taken place. To get to the point when we know what it is we are and what will make us happy (and blow how everyone feels) is a real turning point in a person's life. You seem to have done it and done it at a young age too which you should be proud of. Some people take a lifetime trying to find themselves or - more often than not - simply running away from themselves.

Okay I know I say that a lot...but seriously...WOW...

I've read this over and over again and I'm still covered in chills. The hairs on the back of my neck and arms are standing up and I'm just sitting here now with this heavy, bittersweet weight in my heart and tears in my eyes. Finding ourselves is not easy. Knowing what we want and how to be our true selves is an even bigger struggle, especially when we are healing from past wounds. But finding the strength and courage to accept yourself for who you are, and to heal, and to have this amazing, beautiful image of your future love painted so vividly and with so much emotion and desire is just...phenomenal. I feel this piece so much right now...and I am in awe. You have moved me with your writing...and to the point of rambling...so before I keep going, I'll leave you with this;
