Daydream

The sun rises up; hey it's morning
You wake me up with your gentle kiss
From my forehead down to my cheeks
And I love the way you care
How you actually dare to fix me up including my hair
And when we're ready to go outside you'll hold my hand and then...

Take me to the world of wonder
Where my griefs are chased away
Show me awesome wonders to discover
Teach me how to break free
And when the day is through
I won't forget the moments you're there just watching
And so I say, "Thank you" for this daydream

The sun sets down; hey it's evening
You take me home with a sweet smile
You make sure I won't catch a cold
And I love the way you care
How you actually share your coat with hood to cover my hair
And when we're already in front of my door you kiss my hand and I feel you...

Take me to the world of wonder
Where my griefs are chased away

And when you bid goodbye
I won't forget the memories I had with you, just reminiscing
And so I say, "Thank you" for this daydream

Now I lay down on my bed
I see you aren't here
But still I smile thinking in my head
