My poetry

Rhyme is my hearts true desire,
The reason I’m still breathing.
My poetry puts out pains fire,
And keeps my heart believing.
My poetry controls my emotions
It puts my anger to rest.
It is my souls healing lotion.
Poetry brings out my best.
Poetry is how I say my view,
How I get people to know how I feel.
Rhyme is how I’ve gotten through,
It has made everything so real.
Rhyming words mean the world to me,
My whole life is my poetry.
