I second the comment. Shane, this really is beautiful and just...wow. |
Brilliant Shane! We all put ourselves through the wringer constantly questioning what 'love' is ... and when you find it, it's just so simple! |
Sounds like a recipe for first love! I love the breakdown of the different stages of realization. A perfectly rounded story!! |

I read this when you first posted it but for some reason I decided to come to it later when I was more free-minded. I am glad I'm back here because I really enjoyed this poem as if I was reading it for the first time. Shane, you have a way of pouring out your heart on paper, in a poem, so delicately, so smoothly, and so warmly romantic and full of emotion. This is mainly why I love your poetry. You know how to make it so smooth yet so not cliché, with beautiful imagery and similes. |

This is one of the poem I shall never forget. A journey of love it takes us to. At first, it looks like, you have portrayed it according to the theme of the original movie. So, I have seen the movie, but this doesn't look related to the movie. |

I'll try to write as good as possible. Hope I won't disappoint you. Thanks naaz once again for your time to read and comment. |
