As I reach the lonely plain,
The dewy-dusted clippings;
Enticing, as if calling my name.
Darkness welcomes the surroundings.
When I set foot beneath the sky
The stellar glow of yearly light,
In one whole view, is meaning;
Which beams so wonderfully bright!
An enduring eye stands firm,
But a cloud that reflected frown-
Indifferent, I am sure; of my spot.
Assuredly clothes the ethereal display: in full gown.
I stand there patiently
Awaiting that mirthful clearing.
For one particular moment-
To eagerly observe the light that is peering.
