Tears

Tears of love
And tears of joy
Don’t match those tears
Of pity or brokenness
These tears control us
Never ending
As our journey goes on
We weep
More tears each day
Bundled up inside of us
Just waiting to
Be let out in a rush
Our tears they comfort us
And they destroy us
They never stop flowing
In our journey of life
