Dagmar this is 'simple' as in its short but packs a really powerful punch as in you might have been weathered by the storm (your experiences) but you're not letting your bad experiences ruin your past (joy) which is the right way forward I think and I know exactly how it is sometimes when we've been through the mill it's easy to think "oh I give up" what I think takes strength and courage is to stick up 2 fingers at the world and carry on smiling
