Sparkling love

by Mark   May 25, 2018

Intricate ruby currents emanate from your pupils
diluted from a pool of spring rosy essences.
Cavorting by golden halo servants of Seraphim,
the gentle tapping mimicking my love drumming beat.

Our entwined lips indulge in sparking, rapturing contractions
as two asteroids colliding in auroral fire,
grazing one another like teenage gods playing,
toying, with moistened sun balloons.

Whispering Fireflies wreath us in recital;
an ode to the paved lamplight glow
caroming off your hair.
Every brunette strand laced with sequins of night orbs
pining that we, were there to stay.

A choir of briny breezes hushes through our love wanderings;
wind for the Fireflies
ordained by simpering sea seraphs
whose giggling trickles through the dusky air,
outpouring through your moans.
