spring time

by Olivia   May 28, 2018

only three hundred sixty-five days,
the spring wind so bitter warm,
the life we have now won´t last,
Why does life go so fast?
Stop, Pause, breath, relax
the trees budding,
the sky blue,
flowers,
breath...

I too wanted to comment on the "bitter warm" part, as I think that was clever and intentional, almost a sense of loss and wonder in knowing how quickly seasons seem to change.

Beautiful piece, short but budding with hope and promise!

I like the juxtaposition in connotations associated with 'bitter' and 'warm'

I love the way you have formatted this. As for the content, life does go too fast so I suppose the trick is to enjoy it while we can!

    All the best
