This is a piece that will resonate with almost everyone. Life is like a roller coaster it is full of ups and downs some more steeper than others. Where it seems that everything we touch breaks or goes wrong, that life can never get better but it does eventually change. Sometimes to quicken the change may take proactive action. Two sayings that I find work very well for turning your life around are: "Sometimes you have to close an old door for a new one to open" (which means let go of the past if you want to move forward) and "If what you are doing isn't working, change what you are doing" (sometimes a change in how you think or what you do or even a change of scene because change creates change)
