Fears

by RustySoul   Jun 19, 2018

What else do you expect to find
Within this mortal heart and mind?
Deepest fears harbour inside,
I could neither reveal nor hide.

Life isn't a happy dream
At least to me, it doesn't seem,
A nightmare it is and nothing more,
Visions of which my heart deplores.

Isn't there a cure for this,
To escape life devoid of bliss?
And go yonder away from sight
And never to return from the night.

Although this is pondering on the dark side it's brilliantly written. I hope some light filters through soon Rusty :-) x
