A Poem About Anxiety I do what I think is right Begin again each day There's no end in sight I breath the air and smile Begin again each day I think I’ll stay here awhile I cry aloud and wonder Begin again each day I think that I hear thunder I choke, and gasps follow Begin again each day Everything around is hollow I stop and exhale, inhale Begin again each day The air's no longer stale I sigh with a relaxed mind Begin again each day The road starts to unwind I start walking slowly ahead Begin again each day Who knows where I’ll be led
