The final graduation

by Dagmar Wilson   Jun 26, 2018

A journey we must take
we slide, crawl, learn how to sit up
baby steps teaches us how to walk.
Life is a tough school.

We run, we hide
burst out in tears,
others were born with a smile on their face.

Some give, some take
others simply don't care,
so many personalities are ruling
while love is trying to save.

Illness is on the rise
it does not care about age or where you from,
thanks to those who are completely devoted.
Humanity still exists.

At the end
we must graduate from Life,
then it does not matter who you are.

Life dear Dagmar is what we make it so I'm told but as you state in the last stanza we're all heading the same way and that's towards the exit and when we do will we really matter?? I think not.

Good or bad, we are all judged at the end. Some of us have an awful lot to answer for, don't we?

    Take care, Dagmar
