Static Hunger

by Lyical Madness   Jun 26, 2018

Static hunger
Gnaws at my bones & tears at my flesh
Strips me back, raw
Until there's nothing left

Static hunger
As the endless pangs grow strong
The stomach cries loudly
How can starvation feel so right & wrong?

Oh Static hunger
I fear you'll haunt me til I die
I quake with every meal
As my smiles hid your lie

Static hunger
Your my best friend & darkest mortal foe
But to live myself to it's fullest
I am afraid you must go
