Just one week

One week,
That’s all I need.
Just one week of you and I;
With endless hugs and the warmth of
your hand in mine,
The sound of laughter wrapping around us
the way you wrap your arms around me
and-
So many kisses that we out kiss even my
puppy.
(He gets a lot of kisses lol)
One week of your bubbly personality;
Of watching you do anything
and everything because you always look
so
damn good no matter what you’re doing
Even if you’re doing nothing-
And loving every second of every minute
that
I get to watch you doing it.
One week of teasing and laughing and making
fun of you;
One week of joking around and falling into
your arms in laughter before I kiss your
cheek;
One week of being so happy that I forget that
I’m happy in the first place-
Because when I’m with you I’m happy no
matter what’s going on in my life.
I want to spend a whole lot more than just a week
Doing all of this but like-
Baby steps.
So all I want is a week-
I just need a freaking week.
Just. One. Week.
