you had me going.
i really thought you cared.
you left me unknowing.
are you really scared?

all these things i have to say.
do you listen?
i know you see me coming your way.
you will never know how much i miss to see your eyes glisten.

is it so hard to hear me out?
are you truly afraid?
i know there is no reason to shout.
or have the cards already been laid?

why it`s so hard for you to tell me why,
why you can`t be with me,
are covered with falsehoods all of them lies,
why can`t you and i become we.

everything unsettled between us isnt`t a must,
so cold and untouched,
set in a box covered with rust,
my cold heart with nothing to be crutched.

you really had me going for you,
i meant everything i said,
everything i said was always true,
but now i`ll die just alone....in my bed.

now do you hear me,
i said it nice and clear,
i know it`s not hard to see,
even through these tears.
