Hell On Earth

by Baby Rainbow   Jul 17, 2018

It hurts like hell to know that you are not around
to calm these screaming fears
that are burning me alive.

All this anger,
all this fear,
I can feel the heat of it
just running through my veins.
Temptations of release
running through my mind
as I reach for the trusted blade.

If I told you all I wanted
was for you to come back
and love me once again,
I would die inside of the shame
of ever letting someone
get so close to me again.

Abandonment seems to follow me
like a shadow in the clouds,
and your departure is more than I can take.

If this is hell on Earth, then heaven can take me now.

I so don't like 'liking' this pain and sadness Baby Rainbow, I really feel it for you, and have felt it for myself, but you write it so very well and I have to 'Like' that.
Look after yourself and keep looking for the light x
