It is truly difficult to want these words to transpire with fond memories and good times of my biological mother, but reality sets in and the unsettling feeling of loneliness and hatred overcomes my whole being because I can't relate to this poem. All I can remember is her face looking down at me and how much hate can flourish like a cancer spreading throughout the years and years of abuse. |
