Man has made social norms, from the spiritual we depart

The doings of the mind, at variance with the ways of the heart

It’s all about the conflict between the heart and the mind

The fountainhead of discord that gets us into a bind

Make the heart and the mind compromise, have no doubt

Both of them must meet midway, the only way out

An enlightened man with a halo around his face

Reveals his inner beauty, purity and grace

The face may well be the index of the mind

But it’s the heart that holds what’s behind

For the face to become the window to the heart

From the heart, the mind must never be apart

And when the two come together, the magic shows

See your eyes sparkle, radiantly the face glows
