MA, this is a wonderful piece, and as MR Darcy said one more vote would have had your name on it. The way you have painted your poem, is with a true emotional brush
    Much love

I was about to bring my arms to bear and nominate this (not just for the masses but because it absolutely deserves it) but I can see I was beaten to it. Wonderful work, MA.

Take care, thank you for your message on my poem, and all the best to you.

This poem had multiple meanings to me. It's interesting trying to figure out what the writers intentions actually are when writing a poem. I felt like you were feeling the comfort of the storm, yet you were the storm all at the same time. Then I saw a connection between the storm and anxiety - like a metaphor was made here. Then you made me think of hurricanes and how they get their names. Lots of thoughts and interpretations here... kind of allows the mind to wander quite a bit which I love.

I like the mystery and I like the voice that gave me as a reader
to see many things and qualities into it. Its written with so much
held inside which is waiting to be freed...excellent!

    Congrats on the Win :)

    I'm speechless with this poem.

    Its breathtaking within each line,
filled with emotion to be the person
you want to become, to find your true soul
and yet society makes you crouch into a corner
questioning your thoughts, fears and struggles.

    MA, touched me this week!

    Judging comment:

I happened to read this piece at a moment when I was feeling something very similar and connected to your poem very well. The feeling you explored in the words you used were very sensitive in a way that I caught them. This piece was a perfect description of what my morning dream made me feel, and I love it for making me feel not like the only one. :)

This is a fantastic piece with metaphors of the self in nature.
