Marmite is an acquired taste, you love or hate, when it is applied to our Em everyone loves it.

Ps cheese toasties with Marmite and mustard totally rock.

      Well! For me anyway :-)

This is excellent, Joseph. He was a truly talented man - perhaps the greatest rock singer ever - and I have all of Queen's albums myself. My favorite song? Probably 'Who Wants To Live Forever' - never fails to send shivers down my spine, especially considering how untimely his own death was.

    Take care

      Thanks Ben,
Only really liked Queen as an adult, I was corrupted by hip hop as a child.

      Ditto.

"Who wants to live forever: I selected for my brothers funeral.

Not getting morbid dude but it's a beautiful song. My big Bro introduced me to Queen.

Great song from a very misguided film, why have a German playing a Scotsman, with a very distinct German twang on his accent, then to add insult to injury, have a very Scottish Scotsman play an Egyptian alongside him, if not only to accentuate the floor in casting.....just me maybe, loved the film none the less.

Everyone views poetry from different perspectives and many will have a favorite style and subject matter.
Some will simply read something and think that what they are reading is fantastic, regardless of the style in which it was written.

This was the case with me in this instance. As a life long Queen fan I couldn't help but like this poem.

Analytically, I found the way it tied lyrics and song titles together in a rhyming format to be 1st class. A very clever and entertaining work of reminiscence.

    Well done
