Her recent visit (Haiku's)

Excellent. I love the way that in these linked Haiku's each stanza can exist on their own but together portray such a vibrant message. Glad to see its been nominated. Best wishes Milly x

I adore this string of Haiku's! Breathtaking just like Mother Nature.
She has her moments of destruction, as we all do.. but in the end, she is a glorious, beautiful creature who showers us with so much beauty. To me, even her storms are beautiful. I just wish we could witness them without the damage.

The opening Haiku is my favorite, especially the imagery of stroking knotted air! S.t.u.n.n.i.n.g!

I do like a haiku string - each one a little shake of realisation.

I felt the softness of "she means no harm" and how soothing this poem was. How often do we complain and moan about the change in weather when we'd be doing just the same if we didn't go through highs and lows of each season? And how we know as of recently how destructive nature can be, but everything balances out. I liked the philosophy of that. Even with natural disasters and etc, it is a balance perhaps we were not meant to understand. It's beyond our control.
