    A most enjoyable piece with great visuals and I think the last part is just perfect. Too often people are quick to think prosecute but why? There is more to life than money and stress. Just getting back to ticking along and forgiving and forgetting is a great way of thinking. best wishes Milly x

    This was really fun to read and I like the tones in this piece too, like you could also find the life lessons as Milly alluded to. Really neat personification or even metaphor though. I could also picture dealing with consequences of a situation we were thrown into, feeling like our hands are tied and there is no escape or second chance.

    This is amazing Michael, so so fantastic to read.

    I must disagree on one point though.

    Time does not heal it just eases the pain slightly. Some wounds never heal. I also, despite being small in stature have a memory like an elephant and carry a grudge like a pack mule ;-)
