My heart breaks for you. We recently lost our beloved dog and the house and our hearts will never feel the same. We're left with all these memories but I know there will be times, no matter how many years from now, when I'll break down crying. Even coming home, I notice how different things are. I hope tomorrow you find some strength and always, support. |

Craig, I have lost two dogs in my life and both losses have affected me profoundly. I now have a dog called Willow who is a 60kg Leonberger and she quite literally is like another child to me; she is always at my side. She is only two, and already I worry for myself in the years ahead; I truly don't know how I'll cope without her. |

I've always had dogs. |

Ps thanks for swearing. That's all I want to do but filters block this. Ah well f#€k conformity. |

No problem, Craig - I wasn't expecting to be able to help - not really. Cliches and crap like that are just something else people have to put up with at times like these. But one day, they do make some twisted sort of sense. |

Ps |
It's always heartbreaking to lose a member of your family. Pets are family. Usually the best kind, as they are always there to listen and comfort, no matter the circumstance. |
