Too many feelings

by Irina   Jul 11, 2004

Too many feelings
Choking me from every angle,
Too many glances,
Mixed with sorrow, love and anger.

Way too much honor,
Way too much pride,
Too much of honest thoughts
and feelings pushed aside.

Way too much hurting,
From you and all around,
Too much of knowledge
Pushing to the ground.

Oh, too much of lonely
Hearts, filled up with pride
Way too much pain
That's building up inside.

Too much of hunger
For a loving heart to seek,
Too much of sorrow,
For the one just to believe.

Too much of anger
For a little love to show,
Too many reasons
For a crying soul to know.

So little patience
For a broken heart to mend,
So little caring
For a blessing to be send.

So little friendship
And so little trust,
To forget about tomorrow,
And live in each other's hearts.

Too many feelings,
And so little time,
To search for the missing piece,
And to find that perfect rhyme.

Dedicated to Alex.
