The Galaxy Of White

by ddavidd   Nov 14, 2018

From white
to white
I behold upon
the white fountain of wings;
to the white explosion of feathers,
and
the sky array of white angel-tots
suckling birth
from
kindled nipples
of sunrays

From white
to white
the white cape of light
on the white shoulder of flight
and
fountain to fountain
molten platinum
splashing
out of
the night

This is my favourite I’ve read from you. The flow is smooth without appearing songlike, and your word choice here is really adept in places. Really enjoyed it

A fairy tale sort of that has grace which some fail to
see its true beauty..nicely penned my friend :)

    Bob,
Nice imagery here in your poem, at first I thought you were a swan!

Thanks Mechael, Haha Andrea and Others call me that.
I rather to call it as Hans Christian Andersen : Ugly Duckling. The one whose quack quack doesn't conform.
