I'm Coming Home

by Some Random Human   Dec 7, 2018

Out on this road,
I'm all alone,
this price I've owed,
I can't condone,
the pain you showed,
my heart was stone,
your tears erode,
now flesh and bone,

I'm coming home,
I'm all alone,
and the unknown,
is all that you've shown,
I'm bleeding out,
I'm on the ground,
I'm screaming out,
but I can't make a sound,

You've had enough,
left me behind,
you've packed your stuff,
won't hit rewind,
it sure is tough,
this state of mind,
what once was love,
can't be defined,

I'm coming home,
I'm all alone,
and the unknown,
is all that you've shown,
I'm bleeding out,
I'm on the ground,
I'm screaming out,
why can't I make a sound,

I'm coming home,
I'm still alone,
and the unknown
is all that you've shown,
I'm bleeding out,
I'm on the ground,
I'm screaming out
but still can't make a sound,
so I'm coming home...
