Forever and ever...

At the time
I gave no thought
to how I would be incarcerated
from the mistake I made
when inviting you into my life

I just didn’t realise the
impact of such an error

although, I managed to rid myself-
after you turned my world upside-down
I am now left with tossing and turning
In my dreams-
an open-invitation for you to visit,
whenever you want.

it just never occurred to me
that when I felt , I had seen the
back of you;
that I would see you back
again and again.

and again.

...until till death do us part.
