Night time can stretch, seemingly, lasting a year of night. In these long hours world's and minds are magnified. In slow motion our past, present and future merge and somehow making confusion clear.

Andrea, I love how you repeated the one line in each stanza. It gave it almost a dreamlike essence to this. Falling asleep, or trying to with home movies playing in your head and the sounds of the night can make it difficult.

The falling silent in the night makes me think of the tears we cry at night when we think no one can hear us. Again, hugs xx
