Today I realised something
That I didn’t really think
It didn’t even take a second
I didn’t even have time to blink

That what I thougt we had
Wasn’t like that at all
You don’t feel the same
You didn’t at all fall

I was just a good time
Just some timeconsuming fun
That you didn’t care about
& could throw away when you were done

That really surprised me
Cause I thougt that we were more
But I guess I was so wrong
& now my heart is bruised & sore

You really did change things
Cause you acted so totally sweet
I tried to keep the distance
My heart you managed to defeat

But now that I have realized
That I was just a good time
I have to get my self together
& don’t worry I will be fine

I will pick myself up again
Let my brain readjust
So sorry that I ever thougt
In you I could put my thrust

I will remove myself from this situation
Leave in a trail of dust
Knowing you didn’t feel the same
You only ever felt lust

I am so much more then you know
But those sides you will never see
Because you didn’t make the time
