Anxiety is a killer Michael . The smallest thing can trigger it. Don't let stress get to you. Hugs to you

What I think makes this poem even more relatable and give more impact is the form you chose. The repetition and stress of "day after day", "night after night" truly shows how cruel anxiety can be. How stress can build and clog our minds, anxiety can cling to us and make us unrecognizable or simply wear away our strength until we feel we have nothing left.

You used simplicity here that somehow gave greater insight into how the stress and anxiety can eat at us and it's never as simple as just "letting it go" or "taking it easy".
