A grand applause is what I heard
from behind a well pleated curtain,
dark from my side but still keeping
me safe and warm; for my sweat
has already started drizzling against
my cracked forehead.
Entertainment is not what I hold upon
this crooked wooden floors, dust has
filled the empty spaces of the old
panels. My feet pressed lightly trying
to avoid any noises they might create.
A slight opening has lead me to a dim light,
where I escaped from to an empty seat...
