I can understand a betrayed party needing time to sort out whether or not they can forgive their partner and needing a break, but generally it seems if people find they are not happy in a relationship they use it as either as an excuse to go off and see if they can find something better (returning if they cant) or the more cowardly - gentle let down in that they want to split but think its a more gentle approach of you leave someone pretending it's just a break. Or worse the type that frequently use breaks as an excuse to be unfaithful. A thought provoking piece. Milly x
