Misnomer

Safety on the brain
and not on weapons relies
is the thought
of those who are wise

Weapons
one can easily orate
like weed killers
love eradicate

Love will only flourish
when laws
weapons will abolish

Perhaps as chicken
to some I may radiate
for I find it easier to love
than to hate

Chicken
like many labels
a misnomer is
a discovery
that makes us
at ease

Thus
helpless bound
now freed
wisdom I found

It is inside the weapons lovers
that the true cowards
are tightly bound
