Safety Divided by Three

by Fraegduu   Jun 13, 2019

We hear what makes us deaf,
We see what makes us blind,
We know what makes us dumb.
Hear no evil Speak no evil.
There is safety in darkness.
Ignorance is bliss.

This reminded me of The Three Wise monkeys:
Mizaru, sees no evil. Kikazaru, hears no evil. And finally, Iwazaru, speaks no evil

    Interesting little piece!!

A thought provoking piece. We often can be blind deaf and dumb when it comes to some things but I'm not sure that I would feel that ignorance is bliss. I like to know whats going on in the dark :) Milly x
