It’s hard to give advice to others, but somehow we just feel like cheering someone who is facing difficulties. If you don’t mind me asking, what can be said then if not be strong? Is it better to just listen to someone’s difficulties and remain quiet? |

For me personally, I think it's better to just be there with the person. When my brother died, I had so many people tell me to be strong because I was all my parents had left. I feel like I sucked up a lot of emotions and never really grieved because I had to be strong for my parent. Overtime it built up. |
